#Glowbabies! I know I've said it a million times but time REALLY flies! To recap, last year I shared with you that in lieu of resolutions, I set goals instead. Not to toot my own horn but I think I did a GREAT job at meeting them. I experienced spiritual, mental and emotional growth, I put myself out there and met new friends and contacts and I changed my hair on average once every two weeks 😂.
This year I want to continue stepping outside of my comfort zone by remaining open to meeting new people. I've met some wonderful people in the past year and it's all because I actually got off of the couch! This past year also helped me realize to that I value experiences over tangible items so in 2020, I want to experience more new people, places and activities. I've also been staying the course with my physical activity. I want to continue setting and meeting fitness goals by working out 4 times a week and pushing myself harder(I'll get my money's worth at Orangetheory, lol).
